Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The D&D Studios Acceptable Use Policy (the "Usage Guidelines") governs the general policies and procedures for use of the Service. D&D Studios's Online Privacy Statement governs how D&D Studios collects, stores, processes and uses information associated with your use of the Service. The Usage Guidelines and the Online Privacy Statement are posted on D&D Studios's Website at www.dndstudios.com.au (or such other location as D&D Studios may specify) and may be updated from time-to-time.

You should carefully read the usage guidelines. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of the usage guidelines and any modifications to the terms. D&D Studios may terminate your account for any violation of the usage guidelines or this agreement.

Material and Product Requirements

You must ensure that all material and data placed on D&D Studios's equipment is in a condition that is "server-ready," which is in a form requiring no additional manipulation by D&D Studios. D&D Studios will make no effort to validate any of this information for content, correctness or usability. If your material is not "server-ready", D&D Studios may reject this material. D&D Studios will notify you of its refusal of the material and afford you the opportunity to modify the material to satisfy D&D Studios's requirements.

Use of the Service requires a certain level of knowledge in the use of Internet languages, protocols and software. This level of knowledge varies depending on the anticipated use and desired content of your Website. You must have the necessary knowledge to create and maintain a Website. D&D Studios does not provide this knowledge or detailed customer support as part of the Hosting Service. D&D Studios will provide a reasonable amount of support, but any significant requirements should be directed to the D&D Studios Design Service.

Bandwidth and Email Usage

It is your duty to ensure you do not exceed the bandwidth, storage and Email usage limits in the Order Form.

Please consider others while using this service, by abusing this service will make it slower for others.

Your use of your account and access to it is your responsibility. You are responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting in bandwidth, storage and/or Email usage exceeding the limits in the Order Form and resultant charges.

Domain Names

As part of the Service, you will provide D&D Studios with a registered domain name or names, or D&D Studios will register domain name(s) you select if the domain name is available for registration and does not violate any registration services policies, or any law or regulation. You will promptly reimburse D&D Studios for any fees D&D Studios pays to a registration services for registering and maintaining the domain name(s).

If any dispute or cause of action arises out of or is related to your domain name used in connection with the Service, then upon your request, D&D Studios will attempt to register an alternative domain name you choose. Upon registering your domain name, you are bound by the terms of the domain registrar used. You will be advised of the registrar and their terms. D&D Studios will not refund any fees you paid with respect to the registration of a domain name you are unable to use.

If you received a "Free Domain Name Registration" offer when you signed up for the Service, and you terminate the Services within 1 year of the domain name registration, you will immediately pay D&D Studios the full retail price for the domain name registration in effect when you registered the domain name, in addition to any other fees for early termination described in this Agreement.

Security

You are solely responsible for any security breaches affecting accounts under your control. If your website is responsible for, or involved in an attack on or unauthorized access into another server or system, D&D Studios will shut it down immediately. You will pay any charges resulting from the cost to correct security breaches affecting D&D Studios or any of its other customers.
